Frequently asked questions
How does Kaisu handle deposits?
Order confirmation and the deposit payment are recorded separately. At pickup Kaisu shows the remaining balance and the order is completed at checkout.
Can I send a quote to my customer?
Yes. Quotes are numbered, have a validity period and are generated as PDF. Sending by email or WhatsApp depends on your store’s setup.
Does a quote trigger production?
No. Issuing a quote triggers no payment, production or stock movement. Confirmation is what commits the order.
Can the customer collect the order in another store?
Yes. The pickup store is set on the order and finds the instructions and the remaining amount there.
