Fast service at rush hour
At 7 a.m. the queue grows in front of the bread and pastries. The cashier must find a product in two taps, take cash or card and move on, even when the internet drops.
BAKERY · PRODUCTION · COUNTER
In a bakery, the day starts in the production kitchen long before opening and ends when the register closes. Kaisu connects both ends: what the chef prepares at night is at the counter in the morning, and every sale reduces the stock of the right store.

Too many baguettes means waste; too few means lost sales. Production needs store orders and recipes to know what to prepare, and the storekeeper needs to know which materials to issue.
At the end of the day the manager wants to compare what was received, sold and thrown away, store by store, without waiting for a paper count.
Catalogue by family, variants, bundles, held baskets and split payment. Receipts stay on the iPad during an outage and sync when the network returns.
Recipes give material quantities and the material cost per piece. Kaisu suggests a preparation from store orders; the chef adjusts and approves it, the storekeeper issues materials, then the chef records what was made and where surplus goes.
For each product: opening, receipts, transfers, sales and losses. You see what remains and the movements behind it.
ICE, IF, RC and TP on every receipt, a Z report at each closing and an accounting journal by VAT rate for your accountant.
